Dylan is survived by his girlfriend, Kristian Clark, and their daughter, Madyson Chamblee, both of Louisville; father, Scott (Genny) Chamblee, of Kosciusko; mother, Leigh O'Briant (Greg) Gilbert, of Meridian; brothers and sisters, Matthew Chamblee, of Kosciusko, Cameron Gilbert, of Meridian, Mia Munoz, of Kosciusko, and Alyssa Gilbert, of Meridian; and his maternal grandparents, Bobby and Linda O'Briant, of Bolton. Dylan was loved by all of his extended family. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert Earl and Faye Tucker Holt.
