Martha Ann Thweatt, 88, of Kosciusko, Mississippi, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at her residence. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Jordan Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Isaac Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Meggs will officiate the services.

Martha was born on July 24, 1937, to William Ayers McMillan and Myrtle Smith McMillan in Mississippi. She retired from Hopkins Insurance. Martha was a member of YockanookanyBaptist Church. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.

Martha is survived by her sons, Bobby (Brenda) Thweatt of Kosciusko, Mississippi, and Randy (Mandy) Thweatt of Saltillo, Mississippi; grandchildren, Christy Buddington of Kosciusko, Mississippi, LeighAnn (Daniel) Norwood of McCool, Mississippi, Sharon (Daniel) Cain of McAdams, Ross (Stephanie) Livingston of Greenville, South Carolina, and Anna Laura (Sam) Osborn of Nashville, Tennessee; great-grandchildren, Brian (Aleigh) Buddington of Kosciusko, Mississippi, Codi Buddington of Kosciusko, Mississippi, Kate Norwood of McCool, Mississippi, Kinley Norwood of McCool, Mississippi, Natalee Massey of McAdams, Mississippi, John Paul Massey of McAdams, Mississippi, Beck Livingston of Greenville, South Carolina, Jett Osborn of Nashville, Tennessee; great-great-granddaughter, Charlotte Ann Buddington of Kosciusko, Mississippi; brother, Henry Hutchison of Kosciusko, Mississippi; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Thweatt, father, William Ayers McMillan, mother, Myrtle Hutchison, and brothers, Dr. Edward McMillan, Lester “Bud” McMillan, and Lloyd McMillan.

Serving as pallbearers are Brian Buddington, Codi Buddington, John Paul Massey, Daniel Norwood, Daniel Cain, Larry Crittenden, Ross Livingston, Sam Osborn.
