Mark M. Smith

Mark M. Smith, 67, of Ethel, passed away on October 2, 2024, at his residence.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Friday, October 4, 2024, at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko, MS. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm from the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Glenn Jackson will officiate the services.

Mark worked in retail at Walmart for 18 years before retiring and was a member of the Ham Radio Association.

Survivors include fiancé, Brenda J. Jarriel of Ethel, MS; one daughter, Amanda L. Smith of Ethel, MS; stepsons, Andrew (Shannon) Morris and Timothy (Angela) Morris; aunt Frances Lester of Kosciusko, MS; three step-grandsons and two step-granddaughters.  A host of cousins also survive him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Hansford and Ibbie Alene Rone, and one sister, Carol Montgomery.
