Marcie Bell Davis, 93, of the Williamsville community in Kosciusko, Mississippi, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2025, peacefully in her sleep at home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Jordan Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Butch Bell will officiate the services.
Marcie was born April 28, 1932, in Mississippi to her parents, Charlie Henry Bell and Velma Earline Tucker. She retired from Avon as the District manager. Marcie was a member of Williamsville Baptist Church. She had a passion for canning, preserving, and cooking. She had a love for gardening and her beautiful flowers.
Marcie is survived by her daughter-in-law, Debbie (Ricky) Skeen of Williamsville; grandson, Mark (Ashlee) Davis of Williamsville; great-grandson, Larson Davis; brother, Robert “Bo” Bell of Granberry, Texas; niece, Sue H. Moore of Carthage; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Bell and Velma Earline Tucker Bell, husband, J. W. Davis, Jr., sons, Johnny Davis III and Paul Alderman, and brothers, Dalton Bell, Laverne Bell, and Clinton Bell.
Serving as pallbearers are Chase Chipley, Joe Ramage, Cary Bell, Robert Bell, Cecil Barber, and Kris Upchurch.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or of their choice.
