Mrs. Collins was born September 20, 1923, to Rev. J.L. and Fannie Moore. Those surviving her are her daughter-in-law, Belinda Williams; grandson Scott (Jessica) Collins; and a great-grandson Jory Collins, all of Blue Mountain, MS. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Weldon L. Collins; son, Larry Collins; sisters, Frances (Champ) Luke, and Katherine (Jesse) Ramage; a brother, Edgar Moore; and her step-mother, Alma Moore. Memorials may be sent the Alzheimer's Association.
