Jimmy Benton Willhite

Jimmy Benton Willhite, 79, of Kosciusko, MS, passed away on May 15, 2025, at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. The family will receive friends for visitation at 9:30 – 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Harvest Point Baptist Church with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Mike Barrentine and Rev. Donald Self will officiate the service.

Mr. Willhite was a member of Harvest Point Baptist Church and served in the Mississippi National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Woodrow Willhite and Iva Moore Willhite; brother, G.W. Willhite; and sister, Opal Willhite Holmes.

He is survived by a son, Todd (Shirley) Willhite; brother, Billy Willhite; and sister, Evelyn Minshew; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild, all of Kosciusko, MS.
