Mr. Latham was born March 12, 1969, in Greenville. He was a self-employed landscaper, and a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. He had the kindest heart, and would gladly help a stranger. Those surviving him are his, fiancée, Norma Keys, of Kosciusko; sisters, Teresa Hamilton, of Ludlow, and Pam Mangrum, of Philadelphia; nieces and nephews, Tommy Hamilton, Jr., Tricia Hamilton, Timothy Hamilton, Toby Hamilton, Malina Mangrum, and Olivia Mangrum. He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Ray Latham, Sr.; mother, Claudia Bagley, and his step-father, John Bagley; and a sister, Pat Kerr.
