Everette Cody Adcock, 31, of Greenwood, Mississippi passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025, at his residence. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 21, 2025, at Immanuel Church of God in Durant, Mississippi. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. at Immanuel Church of God with burial at Saron Cemetery. Rev. Jeff Davis will officiate the service.
Everette “Cody” was born on February 10, 1994, to Everette Dewayne Adcock and Melanie Denise Anderson in Mississippi. He was employed in retail sales.
Everette “Cody” is survived by his girlfriend, Nikki Barrentine; mother, Melanie Denise Adcock of Bradley, Illinois; father, Everette (April) Adcock of Lexington, Mississippi; sister, Alicia Anderson of Mishawaka, Illinois; aunt, Eveline Bennett; cousin, Robin, Ashley, and Sharron Bennett; and uncle, Glen (Ila) Cockroft.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Tom Bennett, aunt, Traci Cockroft, uncle, Shannon Cockroft, and grandmother, Nancy Cockroft.
