Annette Thomas Pinkard

Annette Thomas Pinkard, 92, of Carthage, Mississippi passed away Monday, June 9, 2025, at Carthage Senior Care. A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Jordan Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3 :00 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Smyrna Cemetery. Rev. Dale Rogers will officiate the services.
Annette was born on August 17, 1932, in Mississippi to Joe Henry Thomas and Daisy Oliver Thomas. She retired as a server at the Cathage Bakery. Annette was a long-time member of Smyrna Presbyterian Church. She loved flowers and working in her yard.
Annette is survived by her son, John Elton Pinkard of Carthage, Mississippi; former daughter-in-law, Rebecca Webb of Batesville, Mississippi; and grandchildren, John Ellis (Erica Nash) Pinkard of Las Vegas, Nevada.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Orris Elton Pinkard; parents, Joe Henry Thomas and Daisy Oliver Thomas; 11 brothers and sisters.
Those serving as pallbearers are Danny Casey, Ricky Casey, Jerry McMullin, Raymon Snuggs, Tim Chennault, and Randy Rhodes.
