William Farrell Eddleman

Born September 13, 1940 Died December 9, 2014 William Farrell Eddleman, age 74, of Madison, Alabama died on December 9, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Margie Morgan Eddleman, sisters Judy Tumbleson of Marshfield, Mo and Linda Eddleman of Bryan, Tx; nephew Jeffrey Eichblatt of Dallas, Tx; great niece Emily Eichblatt of Euless, Tx, several cousins and good friends. Predeceasing him were his grandparents Scott and Nola Blackwood Gladney of Weir MS, father Vernon B. Eddleman of Houston, Tx, mother Alta Gladney Pope of Koscuisko, Ms and step-mother Viola Geis Eddleman of Irving Tx. Farrell was born in Ackerman, Ms. He attended schools in Weir, Ms and Houston, Tx, graduating high school from Weir High School. After graduating from Holman Junior College in Goodman, Ms he moved to Huntsville, Al where he worked at Henderson National Bank. He married his high school sweetheart in September of 1964. He went back to college, graduating from A&M University in Normal, Al with a BS degree in physical education. He retired from coaching and teaching physical education in Huntsville City Schools after 21 years. Farrell had a great love of music and delighted in playing his guitar for his students. Services will be held Sunday, December 14 at the Hopewell Baptist Church, McCool, MS. Visitation at noon Funeral at 1:00 Burial will follow immediately in the Hopewell Cemetery adjacent to the church.
