Owen Smith, 67, of Easley, South Carolina formerly of Kosciusko, Mississippi passed away May 11, 2024, in Easley, South Carolina. Graveside services are 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 17, 2024, at Yockanookany Cemetery. Rev. David Cook will officiate the service.
Owen was born October 9, 1956, to Hez Smith and Rue LaVonia Lewis Smith in Kosciusko, Mississippi. He was a truck driver. Owen was a member of Yockanookany Baptist Church.
Owen is survived by his wife, Tina; sons, Marco and Jeffrey; daughters, Michelle, Marion, and Leowena; sisters, Frances Bardin and Shirley Elizabeth Joiner, and sister-in-law, Nancy Smith Cook; and 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Hez Smith and Rue Lewis Smith, brother, Sammy Smith.
