Infant Koda Blaze Page Louin, Mississippi Koda Blaze Page, died December 1, 2016 at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian, MS. Graveside services were held Sunday December 4, 2016 at 2 pm at the Carson Ridge Cemetery. Survivors include parents, Dakota Page and Kassie Martin of Louin, MS; one sister, Ava Marie Page of Louin, MS; paternal grandparents, April and Scott Petty of Union, MS; paternal great-grandparents, Debbie and Howard Tanksley of Kosciusko, MS, Joe Gibson of Rusk, TX, and Charlotte and Edward Petty of Union, MS; paternal great-great grandparents, Joyce and Frank Leone of Kosciusko, MS; maternal grandparents, Donald and Rebekka Martin of Kosciusko, MS, Sissy and Scott Perry of Kosciusko, MS; maternal great-grandparents, Linda Moore of Durant, MS, Charles and Joan Martin of Ethel, MS, and Debbie and Gavin Lott of Florence, MS. He was preceded in death by great-grandfather, Mr. Dale Moore. Jordan Funeral Home of Kosciusko was in charge of arrangements.
